Meet Trinity – a beautiful, long-haired lady with a heart full of love! Trinity arrived at our shelter as a stray in October 2024, and we’ve been amazed by her sweet, playful nature ever since. She’s a gentle soul who loves to stand on her hind feet to give little bumps to your hand, and she’s always ready for a bit of fun and attention. Trinity has been diagnosed with FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus), a condition that affects cats but is not contagious to humans, dogs, birds, or any other animals. FeLV is primarily transmitted between cats through saliva, nasal secretions, urine, or feces, so Trinity would need to be the only cat in a household. Despite the diagnosis, FeLV cats can lead fulfilling lives, and many live long, happy years with proper care. While there’s no cure, the virus can sometimes remain dormant, and with love, veterinary support, and attention, Trinity can enjoy many joyful years ahead with her new family. Trinity’s personality is as stunning as her coat – affectionate, playful, and full of charm. She deserves a loving home where she can be the special companion she’s meant to be.
