Puss & Boots

Puss and Boots arrived at WARL in September 2024 as a bonded pair. When they first came in, they were quite feisty and considered feral. Overtime, Puss has become more comfortable with people, and he’s much more relaxed and approachable than Boots. Boots is a bit more reserved and may never be one for being picked up or cuddled, but she’s content being close to Puss, and with some patience, she may just surprise you. Who knows—she could warm up over time and enjoy cozying up next to you for a nap! Puss is ready for lots of love, attention, and affection, and he’s a friendly companion for Boots. While Boots might need much more time to adjust to human interaction, there is still a piece of her that we hope will come out eventually.
